  • How can I request a custom furniture design?
    To request a custom furniture design, simply contact our team through the contact form on our website. Provide details about your desired design, dimensions, materials, and any specific requirements. Our team will work with you to create a unique custom piece.
  • How does your process work overall?
    There are 3 phases to your project: Design, Create, Ship. Design: The design process is fun and collaborative. Our designer will work directly with you to ensure the piece of furniture is exactly as you envision. During the design phase, an initial deposit of 50% of the project will be invoiced to the customer to start the work. Create: Materials will be sourced for the project after a design is agreed upon and work will begin on your project. Depending on the type and size of the project, please allow 4-6 weeks for our woodworking artisan to custom make your piece of furniture. Ship: It's important to us that your project arrives safely and in the same condition it left our shop. We use white glove shipping for long distance orders (shipping costs vary and will be included in the final invoice). If you are close to Bucks County, PA, we look forward to delivering and installing your luxury furniture in person!
  • What payment methods are accepted for furniture purchases?
    Woodlake Designs accepts payment via major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In addition, we also accept PayPal for online purchases. Checks may also be mailed directly to our workshop. Please allow additional processing time if sending via mail.
  • How does shipping work?
    If you are near Bucks County, PA, we look forward to delivering and installing your custom furniture in person! For all other customers, each piece is packaged and shipped using a LTL or white glove shipping company. Shipping will be calculated with your final invoice.
  • How do refunds work?
    All furniture is provided with a 6 month guarantee for workmanship (does not include accidents or normal wear and tear of the product). Generally, sales are final and deposits for custom furniture are non-refundable after work is started on your project. Our goal is that you will LOVE the custom piece that has been designed and delivered to you.
