Guarantee of Work
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. If for any reason you find a major defect with the quality of workmanship of your order, please contact our customer care team to discuss repair or remediation.
Please note - each piece is made to order, mostly with hand tools. Small variations in the finish, fit, or other parts of the piece of furniture is a sign that it was indeed crafted by an artisan and not mass produced.
This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear, mis-use, or environmental factors that may impact the finish of the piece (i.e.: leaving it outside in a snow storm).
